ListCraft is an AI-powered tool that generates product listings for e-commerce platforms including Etsy and Amazon. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create optimized titles, descriptions, tags, and other listing content.

3. User Accounts

You may sign in using third-party authentication providers (such as Google). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities under it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any illegal purpose; (b) generate misleading or fraudulent product listings; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI system; (d) violate any third-party rights through your use of generated content.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. All subscription payments are non-refundable.

6. Generated Content

Content generated by ListCraft is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring all generated content complies with the target platform's policies before publishing.

7. Limitation of Liability

ListCraft is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our Service or the generated content, including but not limited to listing removals or account suspensions on third-party platforms.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
